Your journey begins with a private transfer from your hotel in Cusco to the Sacred Valley, heading toward Km 82, the official starting point of the classic Inca Trail. After meeting your dedicated guide, porters, and support team, you’ll pass through the permit checkpoint and begin your trek along the Urubamba River.
The trail gently winds through scenic landscapes with views of Veronica Mountain, leading to your first archaeological site, Llactapata, where your guide will introduce the history and significance of the route. A gourmet lunch is served at Tarayoc, prepared fresh by your private chef.

The afternoon brings the most challenging yet rewarding section of the trek as you reach the highest point of the Inca Trail at 4,215 m / 13,829 ft. After taking time to rest and enjoy the views, you’ll descend into the Pacaymayo Valley.
