Permits are limited and access is controlled through authorized operators, so booking early is essential. For high-demand months, we recommend planning 12 to 6 months ahead rather than waiting for fixed deadlines. Once permits sell out for a specific date, operators cannot simply add more spaces.

Yes. Our Glamping Inca Trail setup includes hot shower facilities and private portable toilets at camp. These are important differences from a standard camping trek, especially over several consecutive days in the mountains.

Our camps are designed as part of the expedition, not simply as a place to sleep. Expect spacious tented accommodation, a proper sleep system, lighting and thoughtful camp details that create a more comfortable environment after a full day of trekking.

Meals are prepared by our trekking kitchen team and designed around the demands of the trail. Expect balanced breakfasts, lunches and dinners using Peruvian ingredients, together with snacks and appropriate hydration.

We focus on food that is both enjoyable and useful for recovery, rather than treating dining as a basic camping necessity.

Meals are included from the first lunch to the last breakfast, unless other meals are mentioned in our proposal.

The drier months, April to October, generally provide more stable trekking conditions, while the rainy season typically runs from November through March.

That said, there is no single “perfect” month: weather, crowd levels, temperatures and permit availability all matter. We recommend choosing dates according to the experience you want rather than relying only on the driest month.
