Luxury Inca Tour – 5 Days – Absolutely Magical
There’s no other way to describe the Luxury Inca Trail trip with Peru & U than MAGICAL. My friend and I were pampered beyond anything we could have imagined and I honestly can’t recommend this company enough. The people on the team that helped us were nothing short of remarkable. Marco, Michael, Aide, Nemesia, Elias, Adolfo, Victor, Zenon, and the whole porter team – together, they made our trip unforgettable. We left the Inca Trail feeling inspired by the landscape, by the connection to Mother Earth and the lessons learned from our guides, and most of all by the crew who took care of us each step of the way. If you are looking for a tour company to help make your dream of hiking the Inca trail a reality – look no further. Peru & U is absolutely the right company to partner with.

LUXURY INCA TRAIL 5 DAYS. What an amazing trip with Peru & U! A truly unforgettable adventure with so many memories!

What an amazing 5 day trip with Peru & U! A truly unforgettable adventure with so many memories, amplified by the outstanding team looking after us on the ground. The only way to do the Inca Trail if you don’t want to “rough it”.

We had a team of 21 friendly and attentive people, looking after three of us, attending to every need. Tony (Jospeh) and Cesar were exceptional guides with impressive English and great senses of humour. Not only were they very knowledgeable about Incas, they had a vast understanding of the native flora and fauna. Most importantly they ensured that our varying fitness capabilities were catered to and ensured we were safe at all times.

For breakfast, lunch and dinner we had three delicious courses prepared by our head chef (Demesio) and assistant chef (Ciriaco) and served by a delightfully happy, and always smiling waiter (Feliciano). We certainly did not go hungry and the quality of the meals served at altitude, from rudimentary camp cooking facilities was impressive.

Hot showers and massages at the end of each day helped our weary bodies recover from walking “Inca flat”, steep inclines and hair-raising declines. The bedding was very comfortable and warm. The special little touches like flowers on our bed, delicious local drinks, served at each meal, and the kit provided before we started (bag cover, poncho, walking poles, headlamps and travel duffle) and enthusiasm with which they flew up the trail carrying ~20 kilos on their backs, unpacking and setting up camp, then dissembling and repacking daily was phenomenal.

When we reached the Sun Gate and could see Machu Picchu – there was an enormous sense of accomplishment.

The Day 5 guided tour of Machu Picchu with Tony really was the icing on the cake! His passion for Incan history and culture was clear and came through in the insightful précis he provided on customs, beliefs, architecture and lifestyle.

Peru & U thought of every detail to ensure comfort, enjoyment and an unforgettable Incan expedition. Highly recommended!

Thanks to this local agency found by lucky chance by Google research, I could visit Perù for the first time in a very organized way. All the guides were good, full of attention and kindness, also hotels were good and of course the amazing places visited. A special mention to Javier that helped me with the booking, Ronald our super host reference in place and the guide Felipe for very interesting private Lima city tour and Richard for unique private tour of spectacular Machu Picchu
